Who is responsible

Dario Sarango, a natural person, is the data controller. Contact: hello@pigxel.app.

Short version

No ads, no analytics, no trackers, no tracking cookies and no bank connection. The free app needs no account.

This website

The landing site is static and sets no cookies. It is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

The app, free use

Your expenses, categories and settings are stored locally on your device (IndexedDB). We do not receive them.

The app, Pro with sync

If you create an account for Pro, we store your email address and a copy of your synced data (expenses, categories, settings) in a database hosted by Supabase. It is protected by per-user access rules and is used only to sync your devices.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider as seller of record. We do not see or store your card details; we only receive the purchase status needed to enable Pro.

Legal basis and retention

We process your data to provide the service you asked for. Synced data is kept while your account exists and deleted when you delete it.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing, by writing to hello@pigxel.app. You can also export a CSV from the app at any time.

Children

Pigxel is not directed to children under 13.
