Who we are

Pigxel is operated by Dario Sarango, a natural person. Contact: hello@pigxel.app.

The service

Pigxel is an expense tracker that runs as a web app. Core tracking is free. Optional Pro features (export, advanced statistics, sync, recurring expenses, extra skins) are paid.

Your data

Your expenses are stored on your own device. If you use Pro sync, a copy is stored in our cloud database so you can use several devices. You are responsible for keeping your own backups; the free full CSV backup is there for that.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, attack or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other people at risk.

Payments

Pro is sold as a yearly plan or a one-time lifetime plan, at the prices shown on the site. Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the seller of record and may add taxes. Refund rules follow the provider’s policy and applicable consumer law.

“Lifetime” means

Lifetime means for as long as Pigxel is offered. If we ever shut the service down we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

No warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is”. Pigxel is a personal tracking tool, not financial, tax or legal advice. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
